  • Apostille processing services for documents issued in the United States
  • Document preparation and administrative support for procedures related to Mexico or the United States

All Services depend on availability, government regulations, and each institution's acceptance criteria.

Tus Trámites en México LLC does not provide legal representation or legal advice in the United States or Mexico.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

2.1 Provide accurate, complete, and legible information required for your request.

2.2 Confirm the type of translation needed for your procedure (general, certified, or expert translation).
Tus Trámites en México LLC is not responsible for any authority rejecting a translation due to institutional criteria or changes in regulations.

2.3 Ensure that any documents submitted for apostille are authentic, original, and in acceptable physical condition.

2.4 Maintain the confidentiality of your communication and credentials.

Tus Trámites en México LLC is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or illegible information or documents provided by the client.

3. Payments, Fees, and Billing

3.1 Payment for all Services must be made in full before work begins.

3.2 Prices may vary depending on document type, complexity, urgency, shipping, or government fees.

3.3 Government fees, shipping charges, and third-party expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

3.4 All invoices and receipts are issued by Tus Trámites en México LLC, an Illinois-registered company.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Payments are non-refundable, except when:

  • Tus Trámites en México LLC determines it cannot complete the service due to internal reasons; or
  • A document is deemed ineligible before translation or apostille processing begins.

4.2 If the client provides incorrect, incomplete, or non-eligible documents after work has started, no refunds apply.

4.3 Cancellation requests may incur administrative fees depending on the progression of the service.

4.4 Once translation or apostille processing has initiated, no refund is available.

4.5 Translation-specific refunds:
Due to the nature of translation work—general, certified, or expert—no refunds will be issued once the translation process has begun.

5. Document Handling, Shipping, and Apostille Requirements

5.1 Original Documents for Apostille

5.1.1 Apostille processing in the United States requires original physical documents.
Digital copies, scans, or photocopies are not accepted unless the issuing authority allows it.

5.1.2 The client is responsible for ensuring that documents provided:

  • Are original and in good physical condition
  • Are complete, legible, and not damaged
  • Contain proper seals, notarizations, or signatures
  • Are not laminated unless accepted by the issuing authority

Tus Trámites en México LLC is not responsible for delays or denials caused by the physical condition or legal deficiencies of a document.

5.2 Custody and Processing of Documents

5.2.1 Tus Trámites en México LLC holds documents only for the duration necessary to complete the apostille process.

5.2.2 The company does not verify, validate, or guarantee the legal content of documents.

5.2.3 Processing times depend on state or federal agencies and may vary due to workloads, holidays, backlogs, or external factors.
No specific date of completion is guaranteed.

5.3 Shipping, Courier Liability, and Document Return

5.3.1 The client is responsible for paying shipping and return costs unless stated otherwise.

5.3.2 Once documents are delivered to a courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.), Tus Trámites en México LLC is not liable for:

  • Loss
  • Delay
  • Damage
  • Misdelivery
  • Theft
  • Accidents in transit

All courier-related claims must be directed to the carrier.

5.3.3 Tus Trámites en México LLC is not responsible for reconstructing or reimbursing any original document lost or damaged during transit or government processing.

5.4 Unclaimed Documents

Documents unclaimed within 90 days of service completion may be:

  • Returned to the client at their expense, or
  • Securely destroyed according to internal retention policies

Reasonable notice attempts will be made before final action.

6. Intellectual Property

Translations produced through our Services—standard, certified, or expert—remain the intellectual property of Tus Trámites en México LLC until full payment is received.

Upon payment, the client receives the right to use the translation for personal, administrative, or procedural purposes.

All website content (text, logos, layouts, digital materials) remains property of Tus Trámites en México LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy Policy

Use of our Services constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tus Trámites en México LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

9. Limitation of Liability
